Please reference the Event Calendar below to know exactly which event you have signed up for. Note: Some events showing up on this event calendar may not show up on the Volunteer Booking Calendar.
This may be because we didn't add any volunteer openings for that specific event, all volunteer spots are booked, or we haven't added openings yet and may add slots later.

What happens next?
VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT: After booking, you'll get directed to a new page to complete your Volunteer Agreement and join our Volunteer Team Portal.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email 2-3 days before the event with the event details such as location, hosts meeting time, and group chat links to join. If you have not received an email within 24 hours before the event, please email [email protected].
GROUP CHATS: You'll be joining 2 group chats: the event group chat with all the attendees joining the event & the private team group chat with the others volunteers and your point of contact/lead host. In the private team group chat, we will communicate amongst each other regarding the event when needed.
EMAIL REMINDERS & CANCELLATIONS: You'll receive 2 email reminders about your volunteer booking- the first 5 days before the booking time and 24 hours before the booking time. If you need to cancel, you'll can click the "cancel" button in these emails. You can also email [email protected] or DM Jodie on the Volunteer Team Portal.
Note: If you cancel, no-show, or arrive late more than once, you may be removed from the volunteer list.
